New Painting and Some Sketches

Hey here is a new painting I am working on for my ART401 class.

It's a concept art class so lots of fun I'm doing an illustration for a story called "Dragons Breath".
Definitely diving into a medieval/fantasy art genre, which I general stay away from but can't for this assignment. Always good to step out of your comfort zone =_=
I think it's going to be interesting to see how I can get my style to blend into that kind of world.

Oh! and there are some really rough sketches from being bored in class and life drawing sessions. I have a ton more sketches to post but I haven't gotten around to scanning them all B(

Back in School

Hey, I'm back in school! My senior year and so I'll be outta here soon :D

Been busy with commission work so here's some of them:

Aside from all of the work, I've been enjoying the last days of summery weather with bike rides and lots of walking n_n Haven't been feeling too well, don't know what's up really. Like everyone else, I'm kinda just down in spirits right so I think that's why I have been painting more sweet and happy art pieces to try and raise my spirits up a bit :D

Also, new House on tonight on Fox! So that should raise my spirits up for sure! And Ghost Hunters this wednesday should be awesome too! So check that out on the Sci-Fi Channel :D

With Halloween coming up next month, I'm gonna try and get a little cartoon out for the Newground's Halloween contest. Hopefully it goes well and i get something in :X
